I had a problem with my 2018 Mercedes A200 where the bonnet would not open. I had already taken it to another Mercedes garage, but they were unable to open it and suggested that the grille might need to be cut to gain access to the bonnet latch.
I contacted Great North Auto Services and Andy was extremely helpful. They booked the car in and, thankfully, managed to open the bonnet without resorting to the drastic solution I had previously been advised about.
I really appreciate the time, effort and expertise they put into solving the problem. The communication was excellent and they were friendly and professional throughout.
