Reviews of Great North Auto Services in Harrogate and Knaresborough
Excellent service. Communication was great throughout; from the initial query and booking process to the explanation following the MOT. All the staff were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and will be a repeat customer.
After having such awful experiences with a previous car garage and them charging me an absolute fortune for many years to get my car fixed, I took my car here for its MOT with Matt, all I can say is, I am a very happy customer. Matt was transparent with everything and explained everything to me and went above and beyond today and I am very grateful. Car was in and out in a few hours. Honest, trustworthy and great price. I won’t take my car anywhere else now. Would definitely recommend.
Very helpful and friendly! Fixed an electrical problem with the lights in my Seat in a few hours and at a reasonable price. Very fast and efficient service. Would definitely recommend!
