What precautions will be in place for protecting visitors and staff from Covid-19?
At Great North Auto Services, we are fully committed to the health and safety of all our staff and customers in particular in relation to the current Covid-19 outbreak.
After each service, before the car is handed back to the customer we perform a full wipe down of all the vehicle’s interior controls.
Will you walk your customer through the checks or repairs that have been made?
Yes – we take photos to record work that has been completed. We will discuss these with you and keep them on file. (Future developments include full body camera records).
Will you offer advice on maintenance?
Most certainly, where it is necessary, but cars do most of the talking nowadays. However, feel free to check out our blog which also gives you tips on car maintenance, here.
What warranties come with the different parts / services?
Aftermarket: 12-month warranty typically (limited mileage).
Original Manufacturer Parts as an option.
Do you offer MOTs?
Yes we do – class 4 (passenger) and class 7 (light goods)
