My Range Rover has been to this garage twice now in the last 6 months (The second time was just an MOT) but on both occasions I was genuinely blown away with the service. Jamie and crew couldn't be more accommodating - with delivery and collection of the car from home or a courtesy car as an alternative. I'm about to book the car back in for a service. You don't go back time and time again to a garage that doesn't give you good service, so read into this just how good these guys are

Unbelievable customer service and great people. Went in for tyres and in passing I mentioned I had another problem with the car. They solved it within minutes saving me at least one, maybe two trips to the dealers.I couldn't have been happier.

What can I say about these guys? Absolutely top quality and a great bunch of lads to boot! I initially came to get my electric window fixed. Diagnosing the issue was tricky as it could have been one of several parts or issues. Wouldn't accept payment off me until the issue had been addressed. My car needed a few other things done such a break discs and break pads and a couple of other things. For the total amount of work done, the final bill was very reasonable. Jamie and Richard are two of nicest guys you could ever meet. I will be taking my car back to Great North Auto Services in the future should I need any work done on my car.

Jamie and the guys took on extensive repairs and upgrades on a car if had sat idle for several years. They did a cracking job, saved an old car from the scrap yards and will be getting lots of future business from me. Can’t recommend them enough!

This must be the most helpful garage anyone could ask for, I had an issue with DPF, filter spoke with Jamie, after looking at all reviews on FB, he offered me a courtesy car, completed all repairs within 24 hours, explained what he had done I was back on the road, 🙂 price wise, very competitive, I would have no hesitation in recommending this garage to anyone. Well what can I say! What an absolute top bloke Jamie (Great North Auto Services) is. Simply the BEST Garage I have used in the area by far where I don't feel I have been ripped off. My car was totally dead after being in a Garage which cost me over £400, couldn't even jump start it. Contacted Jamie Friday morning, done me a quick quote on the phone for an Alternator and Battery thinking it might be them. Car then booked in straight away and text confirming it and car then picked up FREE in about an hour, what a fantastic service. Got my Car back today and yes it was Alternator but didn't need Battery so less money than expected. Would recommend Jamie to anyone, his garage is really the BEST I have used and will ALWAYS use from now on. So if you're in Boroughbridge, Knaresborough, Wetherby or surrounding areas then you should give Jamie a try, you won't be disappointed, they are only on Rabbit Hill Business Park. Thanks for the friendly and TOP NOTCH service Jamie, it was a real pleasure dealing with such a friendly guy who knows what he's doing and will only fit what you need.

Took the car here for a service and noticed a big improvement of the cars performance immediately.
They notified me that the bonnet latch was corroded and could potentially snap which would have been a major job to fix if this hadn’t have been picked up.
Fully trusted the team at this garage unlike previous garages I have been too where I have felt slightly intimidated. I was put at ease throughout the whole process.
Will not go to any other garage in future.

Just had my Mercedes GLE serviced. Fantastic experience with the Great North team. Really knowledgeable, easy to deal with and easy communication.

I struggled for years to find a genuine mechanic/garage until I found this gem! I gave Jamie my car in a right mess after nearly giving up on it entirely and within a few days it was back to my little dream car and even better than it's ever been before. Jamie took the time to stop and make sure I was okay when he spotted that I had broke down. He jump started the car and checked it was all safe, Jamie made sure I set off okay and handed me his number just in case I needed help on my way home.

Cannot recommend this place and jaime enough!! I’m a nurse and finished a 13 hour shift last night to find a nail in my tyre, i desperately need my car for work and asked for recommendations and jamie offered his services straight away! Jamie was at my house for 8am this morning, had taken my tyre and had it fixed and returned to me within an hour! Incredibly grateful to get this sorted so quickly and outstanding service!
